It's not even there...

I'm busy at work on a new version of my site again, though I'm not sure what I'll put on it. I haven't been very productive with writing and all I've been able to come up with by way of drawings are a few piddly sketches. My livejournal buddies like the drawings but I think I can do much better. The only thing I think I've really been able to draw latey is Neopets, sad as that is. Ah well, drawing is drawing, no matter what the subject.

It won't be long until this quarter is over and I'll tell you, I'm really looking forward to it. Not only with the expectancy of warmer weather (goddamn it's cold in here) but, supposedly, this will be my last year in the dorms. It was nice enough at first I suppose but I've really, really gotten tired of it and I'm starting to wish that I'd gone ahead and gotten an apartment when my mother was first trying to coax me to.

However, things still seem to be up in the air with Beej and this current apartment that we want. I've done everything, I signed the papers, my mom's cosigned, I turned in my half of the deposit... and when last I checked, he had done nothing. And I don't think he's being very honest with me either, despite how he insists that he doesn't lie, because he tells me he's done something and when I call to check up on it, he hasn't. Supposedly he and his father got everything taken care of on Friday before his father took him home for the weekend... if he hasn't, I'm just going to tell him that if he doesn't get his shit together, I'm going to find someone else to move in with.

Other than that, things are pretty dull and normal. I was a bit worried about my sister being in Taiwan with SARS going around, but I talked to her on Mother's Day and she seemed fine. I took relatively easy classes this quarter, so I should do well. And I just started taking my medication again (yay for pretty pink pills). If I can get a job up here this summer and go to Columbus State, I should be fine.
